2013 marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of Frank Hornby, arguably the father of model railways in this country.

The beginning of 2013 heralds the launch of a new website for The Loco Centre. The new site will contain an online shop and and a blog facility which will feature the latest developments in the world of railway modelling and beyond.
